The City Serve project is an apartment complex comprising 126 one-bedroom units, designed to support individuals overcoming life’s challenges. With 24/7 security, gated entry, and an array of supportive services, Elevate offers more than just housing – it’s about elevating lives.

Sweaney Inc is proud to bring over three decades of expertise to this pioneering project. Our team is thrilled to be working on this 4-story modular housing development, a first of its kind in Kern County. The modular units, constructed off-site and assembled on location, showcase our commitment to innovative building technology and efficient, sustainable construction practices.
Supportive Services
Elevate goes beyond providing shelter. In collaboration with EA Family Services and Bakersfield College Project Hire Up, CityServe offers extensive support services, including job training, resume workshops, mental health services, and much more check out those support services. Programs like CityServe Violence Prevention and Second Chances are dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive environment for residents. Additionally, the RESPECT program provides crucial support for formerly incarcerated individuals, aiding in their reintegration into the community.
